"⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Poor Service & Faulty Heating Installation I had new heaters installed by this company, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Since the installation, our flat has remained uncomfortably cold, despite setting the heaters to the maximum temperature of 25°C. Over an entire weekend of monitoring, the temperature never improved. There are several serious issues with the service provided: Ineffective Heating Setup – The same size heater was installed in both our lounge and bedroom, despite the lounge being significantly larger. This makes no sense, as the lounge heater is clearly struggling to warm up the space. Skyrocketing Electricity Bills – Since the installation, our energy costs have increased significantly, leaving us with a substantial debt, yet our home is still freezing. Lack of Communication – We were assured that a manager would contact us to discuss our tariff options, but we have heard nothing despite multiple follow-ups. Before this company replaced our heaters, we had an older system that, while not the most efficient, at least kept our home warm. Now, we are left with higher energy bills and a flat that is colder than ever. I would strongly advise against using this company unless they address these serious concerns. If no resolution is provided soon, I will be escalating the matter further."

"Used A&D to install wall insulation in my home. The team were amazing! very professional, clean and tidy with great communication throughout. I also had a heat pump installed and the plumber was great. We had a small leak and A&D had someone back the same day to fix, this has filled me with confidence that they take there aftercare very seriously. Highly recommend"
