Ross had so much patience in the planning stages, remaining helpful and understanding whilst I finally settled on what I wanted, and trying to keep to a maximum spend budget. And again when delays in receiving goods ordered ( Easter delays!) Worked around us. Fab! The team completing the work were very tidy and considerate to a busy family home..Also, they clarified what I wanted frequently. Work done quickly and to a lovely standard. We are so pleased with the transformation from bathroom to shower room. There is some finishing off that we will budget for and ask Ross to come back and complete, when we are ready. We definitely recommend Ross and his team of very skilled workers. We are very grateful."

"Delighted with finished bathroom with wet-room/walk in shower and slipper bath, lovely colours, great quality chrome fittings and contrasting tiles chosen. Very individual detail in shelves and LED lighting and the two different mosaics finish it off by bringing all the colours together. Lovely bright bathroom or mood lit by LED's on separate switch, stunning! Big job but great service, great workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. 5 star's not enough, highly recommend these guys."
