"We previously had an engineer inspect our boiler who identified a couple of leaks and suggested it might be better to replace the boiler entirely. We then went through CA Jones & Son via HomeServe, and their engineer quickly got to the bottom of the issue. One leak matched the earlier diagnosis, another didn’t. He replaced the automatic air vent and a hose on the condensate pipe, and the boiler was fully fixed and heating again very quickly. Excellent service — 10/10. The engineer was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the faults as he worked."
