From first my Phone call to the company,the lady Emily who came to asses ,to Ashley and his mate(didn't get the young man's name)who came today to do the jobs lovely friendly guys, work was done very efficiently, cleaned up after themselves 👍 excellent job 💯 would recommend this team for anyone. "They will only help people who are wealthy. They will help someone who owns or privately rents their property but will not help elderly and disabled people who occupy council housing. I'm aware of them helping someone for free who owns their home, owns numerous properties and has a lot of savings yet they will not help my elderly and disabled mother who owns no properties and does not have any savings. The charity is not fit for purpose if they help people who can easily afford to hire their own help, but refuses to help those with no money. Charity for the rich. There's a first."

Geraint and Chris were very polite and friendly, which my Mum loved. Paula has been most patient, helping Mum fill out forms. We cant thank you all enough."

"I am very disappointed with CARE AND REPAIR, I called almost 2 weeks ago asking for assistance because one of my radiators pipes is leaking, well guess what it IS NOT AN EMERGENCY so I am put on the waiting list and 2 weeks later I am still waiting. I called to speak to someone about it and the lady said you have to wait it is not an emergency and then gives me the phone numbers for private plumbers. I am not happy !!!!"
