"Chris did a superb job tiling our kitchen diner and utility area. We had made a significant investment in 45 square metres of limestone floor tiles and wanted to find someone who would do them justice with a high-quality installation. Unfortunately, a previous contractor had laid a screed that was not level, and after I had spent several weekends removing old tiles and degraded self-levelling compound in preparation, we were unsure how to move forward. Chris was incredibly helpful from the outset. He came out at short notice to assess the situation and returned the very next evening to resolve the levelling issues. Chris is exceptionally knowledgeable, and it was a huge relief to have someone we could trust and have complete confidence in. He is a true perfectionist who takes genuine pride in his work. His work ethic is outstanding—he arrived every morning at 7:30am and regularly worked through until after 6pm. The only mistake I made was not getting Chris involved in the project sooner. In addition to being highly skilled, Chris is a real gentleman and was a pleasure to welcome into our home each day.
