"Contracted to double glazing company: Failed to turn up on the scheduled day, originally be there by 08:00, then by "lunchtime", then evening. Arrived the following day 45 minutes after the installers, were rude and unprepared. Due to remove post installation of double glazing, installation completed Saturday. Scaffolding still in place Tuesday with no communication as to when they will condescend to remove it. Meanwhile scaffolding to carry out roof and guttering repairs cannot take place."
