"Very disappointing experience with Chris and CRJ. I booked Chris to carry out an electrical safety inspection at my rental property. On the first scheduled appointment, he failed to attend. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rearranged the inspection for the following week. Unfortunately, he failed to attend the second appointment as well and did not provide any notice or communication. My tenant had arranged to work from home on both occasions to provide access, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disruption. Reliability and communication are fundamental when arranging work at a tenanted property. Failing to attend twice without notice is unacceptable, and based on my experience, I would not use this company again."
