"We have been a customer of Davies Security for many years. We have have always found them to be courteous professional in all our dealings with them , Nothing is too much trouble and the service is prompt and excellent. We also have employed them in further security work for us . When you phone you get to speak to a real person every time who knows exactly the answers you need to know and not the dreadful 20 minutes menu which never has the option you need. Would highly recommend them to any business or private concern"

"Very poor company. Moved into a new top floor apartment where the intercom was supplied by this company. It was completely broken when I moved in (which was fine). An engineer came out to take photos to order a replacement part for the intercom just before Christmas. I chased the business multiple times throughout the new year and still to this day for an update. The business then called me to advise they had “lost” the part they ordered or it may have ended up in Scotland with another driver. They then sent out another engineer to retake photos for the model number. I had to let the engineer in downstairs where his response was “I tried buzzing your intercom but didn’t get a reply”… complete joke! I am still to this day waiting for an update from this joke of a company! AVOID!!"
