"Ours is a big, difficult, unusual, difficult to access roof and we needed a full roof replacement. We'd tried for several months to get a roofer and whilst several came, no one was really interested and we struggled to get any quotes. They explained how they would do it and within 24 hours arranged for a scaffolding contractor to visit to get an accurate price. Once the quotes came in, Dower was the lowest which was great! Communication was clear throughout, I mentioned a couple of small snagging issues which they said they were aware of and would rectify before they finished. They were true to their word.
