"Hi luke at EBM Auto Keys 1 high street swansea Sa11ne I am writing regarding the parts removed from my Volvo when you carried out the key cutting and programming work. As you know, you took the control module and key reader/immobiliser components in order to build and program a key for the vehicle. The key you didn’t work for you so you took everything back with you and said you will come at a later date to solve it that was a few years ago and I was never given all of my vehicle’s parts back. Despite several attempts to contact you, I have received no response. Because I could not retrieve the missing components, I am forced to put the vehicle up for sale as spares or repairs with no key and Key responder and other bits and I also had to pay Volvo for a replacement key which I bought to solve it myself but Didn’t at time of ordering it and paying for it realise that you had all the other parts , This has caused me unnecessary loss and inconvenience and stress I am unsure why my messages have been ignored, but I would like this matter resolved immediately. I have already taken legal advice and would prefer to resolve this amicably without further action. Please arrange for the parts to be returned to me without delay. I am available to collect them if required. Kindly confirm a date and time for collection within the next 7 days. I look forward to your prompt response.
