"I normally go to the JD Gyms in Gorseinon and Llansmalet, but tried this as it was convenient for me on Saturday. I will not be back. It's larger than gorseinon with loads of plate machines, but they are all really old and cheap looking. The cable machines all feel like they are about to fall apart and a lot of them have very light stacks so are pretty much useless. The benches in the free weight section are all strangely narrow most of them with fixed seats pointing really high, so only really suitable for incline benching. The gym in general is a mess with plastic water bottles everywhere so you cant tell if someone is using a machine or it's just litter. I was there for a few hours on a Saturday afternoon and I think I only saw one member of staff, and they were a PT giving a lesson. Unless you are in walking distance you would be much better driving to llansamlet or gorseinon"

"Cancelled my membership a couple hours after a payment was taken. they took 10 days to repond to my request and then told me I would be charged for another 30 days. Terrible customer service, boardline a scam for the cancelling T&C's."

"Told £27.99 for membership, JDs taken £41.99. It takes their team 10 days to respond to enquiries, when they do respond the don’t resolve anything, so you you end up waiting another 10 days for CS , avoid at all costs."

"Used to be really good but now there is way too many people even off peak hours. In addition, the fact that there is no option to bring a friend or buddy every month like other gyms (e.g. the gym group or PureGym) is a big turn off. On the plus side there is a good variety of equipment like Pendulum squat which currently is not in the nearby Swansea Gym Group as well as a ladies only section."
