John Glen Garage Doors

"Just had a Aluroll insulated electric roller shutter fitted. My experience with this Company is fantastic I first contacted them a few years ago as my garage door was not working and I intended replacing it, but they came and said it could be repaired. That for me gave me huge confidence in this company for not just securing a sale but doing the best for me. So of course when I did want to change it there was only one company I was going to use. The team that came completed the job in just over three hours, they were friendly and helpful above and beyond explained the working of the doors and gave us plenty of hints and good practices to keep the doors in good working order. I cannot recommend this company enough. Well done in a time when it’s very difficult to get good work done."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are in Pembrokeshire and recently had a ValuRoll garage door fitted by John Glenn in Swansea and are absolutely delighted with both the product and the service. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The estimator who visited beforehand did a thorough and professional job, ensuring all measurements and requirements were correct. As a result, the installation went perfectly and everything fitted exactly as it should. The fitters were polite, professional and clearly took pride in their work. They worked efficiently and didn't take long to fit the door, yet the quality of the installation was outstanding. They removed our old garage door and made sure everything was left spotless afterwards, checking that no screws, debris or other mess had been left behind. Once the installation was complete, they took plenty of time to give us thorough training on how to operate the door safely and explained how to maintain and look after it to keep it working perfectly for years to come. Nothing felt rushed, and all our questions were answered clearly. The garage door itself looks beautiful and operates flawlessly—smooth, quiet and effortless to use. It has completely transformed the appearance of our garage and exceeded our expectations. A first-class service from start to finish, with excellent attention to detail at every stage. We would highly recommend John Glenn and the team to anyone looking for a new garage door. Saving up to also replace the other garage door by John Glenn."

"I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. My garage door broke, and Andrew came over the next day to run through all the available options. Since my previous system was very old, I decided to go with a completely new setup. Andrew went above and beyond by suggesting the door be raised to utilise extra space where the previous door used to hit my aerial. They managed a very quick turnaround as I needed the issue resolved urgently. The fitters, James and Dean, arrived and fitted everything to an incredibly high standard with it all up and running in a couple of hours. They were clean, tidy, and took the time to run through all the settings clearly. Thanks so much to Andrew and the team for outstanding customer service, quality, and value. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere—I’ll be recommending John Glen Garage Doors to everyone I know!"

"We are absolutely delighted with our new garage door, from start to finish the fitters where very professional and clean and tidy, took all the rubbish away and the old garage door. The sales people where easy to talk to and were very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and were not pushy at all. The price was a little more than what we thought but the price I had in mind was from 10yrs ago so overall wasn’t that expensive after all. Would thoroughly recommend getting a quote from this company and ordering your new door from this company. Excellent service throughout, thanks guys one very happy customer"

"John Glen fitted a new garage door for us in 2025 and we were so pleased with the finished job, that we went back to them without hesitation for the supply and installation of a veranda outside our front door and reaching to the garage. The work was done yesterday and we are delighted. The team was hard working, polite, very tidy and attended to every detail. We strongly recommend John Glen."
