"Avoid highly unprofessional and fabricate negative information. Rhodri came to value our property and fabricated false facts about the property so our application was denied! All of which could have been dealt with during his visit as I was with him the entire time but asked no questions in regards to the issues he raised. I’ve been in property for many years and have dealt with too many surveyors to count but have never experienced such unprofessionalism as we experienced with Mallard AVOID at all costs.
