Customer Reviews
"This is a true account of events. We hired Mark to convert a bathtub into a walk-in shower, fully tiled shower basin and to tile one bathroom wall and bathroom floor. Although his tile work on the wall and floor was ok, the shower basin job was done incorrectly: the floor was incorrectly slanted, so water was pooling and standing outside of the drainage area. We have informed him of that issue and asked to rectify several times. Even though he promised to correct the issue, two months later - no word from him. We could not use the shower until the floor correction was made. We had to hire a different tiling professional to tear down the whole bathroom floor, refill the concrete basin at a correct slant angle towards the drain and reinstall the tiles. The job cost us another $2000 on top of Mark’s invoices."
"I've used Mark on a number of occasions, always top job done at fair price."
