"I found this company on Instagram when I was looking to get a snagging report done for my new build house. The process was really easy from start to finish. I rang to book them in, and as promised I received a text the day before from the person coming to the address to confirm timings/location etc. Cameron came to do my inspection and he was very thorough. I liked that he discussed some of the points with me as he was going along. It was really reassuring to hear him being complimentary about my house (it was nice to hear it's not going to fall down!), but obviously he'd picked up a fair few snags along the way. Cameron was really friendly and chatty too which is always a good thing when a professional comes into your house. The snag report was sent in less than 48hrs and was invaluable on our 7 day completion visit with the site manager. Just an all round great experience, totally worth it, and would definitely recommend - thank you 😊"
