"I work for a charity in Swansea called Matthew's House and we have worked with PES since day one. We use them for our CCTV, security and fire alarms. Their service is second to none. The staff are are amazing, and will be there to help with any problem as soon as you call. We have re-developed our CCTV a number of times since opening and the quality of our cameras are amazing! They are easy to operate and work really efficiently. Any alarm faults or triggers they will be on the phone within a minute to make sure everything is ok. Back in early 2017 we had an electrical fault in the building which they were able to detect and investigate before it got out of hand. They saved our building from potentially going up in flames and we cannot thank them enough for that. We had limited service for a week, but we could have been closed for moths if it hadn't been for them. We feel safe and incredibly well protected, which is all thanks to PES and the team. We can't recommend them highly enough!"
