He is a delightful, considerate gentleman ( rare these days ) He carried out a thorough survey and concluded that the property did not need an injection course for rising damp even though a previous company had wanted to charge thousands of pounds for treatment that wasn't necessary. It's not often that you get such honesty . Normally contractors will want to carry out expensive work . I'm 70 years of age and have rarely met a more principled, honest tradesman ."
