"So happy with Sigma 3 Kitchen team. Gavin who designed the kitchen and visited my house and talked me through it showing the kitchen in 3D design software at the sales room. Jason who coordinated and checked in on progress, Morgan and Andy from Cariad Construction who renovated and installed my kitchen and the plumbers and electricians involved. Cariad Construction listened to my extra requirements which included heating and shelf carpentry. All completed in 2 weeks. Not forgetting the glass splash back created and installed by Southern Counties Glass which was the icing on the cake - beautiful. The team are friendly, professional and talented and have created a lovely warm, modern, efficient and artistic kitchen which makes me smile every day."

"Sigma customer ref S22223 On moving house I agreed that my wife Emma could have her dream kitchen. As part of the planning process we visited a number of suppliers and had design consultations with SIGMA 3, Benchmarx and Howdens. What swayed us to go with Sigma was the obvious quality of the product for a competitive price and the professional and helpful (not pushy) service provided. Bryony, our design consultant provided advise and helped with suggestions re style and shape to fit our space and my wife's vision. Then building a computer image to allow us to visualize the end product. She then conducted a home survey to ensure our desired kitchen would fit / suit the space following knock through. Once we went firm on what we wanted (incl Neff white goods, with £700 cashback) Bryony also helped us select our quartz worktop, negotiating a price match to allow Sigma to supply and fit the complete kitchen. We agreed a fitting date to dovetail with the completed building works (wall removal, RSJ etc). Jason, the appointed Sigma installation manager then took over and liaised with me to ensure the building works timeline was being met and to advise on the process re snagging issues etc. He ensured that Dean, the appointed fitter had the necessary brief and was booked on site for the kitchen arrival. Dean did an excellent job fitting the kitchen with no fuss whatsoever. Jason then conducted further visits to ensure we were totally happy before final completion sign off. From start to finish the service we received from Sigma has been professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend anyone considering a new kitchen to visit Sigma in Llansamlett Swansea and ask for Bryony."

"We popped into Sigma3 showroom in Swansea as we wanted to renew our kitchen. We loved the quality of the units and storage solutions on show. We didn't think we needed to see a kitchen designer as we thought we knew exactly what we wanted. However, as it was part of their process we went along with it. I am so glad we did. The designer we met, Bryony, was so friendly & knowledgable she instantly instilled confidence. She listened to what we wanted & totally understood our requirements. A site visit was arranged with her & the stunning 3D representation of the deisgn she later came up with satisified all our needs & incorporated many improvements which we would never have thought of. When we had agreed the design we were then visited by Jason the Installations Manager who made sure the proposed design would fit exactly and to highlight any potential issues. His attention to detail was very impressive & he picked up on a few areas I would need to address as I was intending to install the kitchen myself. The kitchen ws delivered on the specified day & the delivery guys were superb even laying down protective floor coverings for all the well packaged items they delivered. It was very reassuring to know that someone with Jasons expertise was at the end of the phone to answer any technical questions I had during the installtion. The supplied plans & instructions were really comprehensive and easy to follow. In summary Sigma3's products are excellent, Bryony & Jason make an excellent team and we have an excellent kitchen. If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen we strongly recomend you make Sigma3 your next port of call and ask for Bryony or Jason."

"Sigma 3 fitted our kitchen in late 2024. The planning of the kitchen was excellent with very good and helpful advice in maximising our space and obtaining the best appliances. The kitchen was well-fitted and a few issues sorted out speedily. We have been very happy with the quality of the units and appliances. Communication with Sigma 3 has been excellent throughout. Highly recommended for quality and service."

"We’d been putting off replacing our kitchen (also installed by Sigma back in 1987) for far too long. So in May we finally grasped the nettle. From the moment we walked into the Llansamlet showroom to the final fitting it was a pleasure to deal with such experienced and friendly staff. Eleanor, who became our Design Consultant, was a delight to work with. She approached us in the showroom and offered her extensive knowledge of their kitchen ranges and answered all of our list of questions/requirements (which was quite a list). She came to our home to measure up and provided an in store presentation within one week of our initial visit. As our kitchen is very small she was able to make the most of the available space in a galley layout and though we made subsequent visits to the showroom with modifications, she happily tailored everything to suit our needs. Our assigned fitter, Simon Morgan, carried out the necessary prep work to our walls, ceiling, floor and plumbing; the electrical installer, Craig, dealt with the rewiring – all of which needed doing before the kitchen installation could be undertaken. Our Project Manager, Tony, visited before the installation and after to check we were happy with the final result. Which we were. We can’t recall ever seeing Sigma advertising (unlike another national kitchen installer who at the moment seem to be on TV constantly!!!). For Sigma to still be going strong and providing such excellent service and quality products after so many years speaks volumes for their brand. We would not hesitate to recommend them."
