We liaised with Simone and booked an appointment for her to prepare a quote to refresh our cottage from top to bottom (3 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, landing, stairs, living room, porch, kitchen, boiler room and utility room (walls, ceilings, skirting boards and door frames. Simone provided a five-star gold standard service. Both were polite, ever so helpful and always on time. Simone and Nigel clearly had a wealth of experience demonstrating that they were intelligent, determined and conscientious individuals who could always be relied upon to consistently produce a high standard of work. Our cottage was built circa 1895 and does not necessarily have straight walls. However, Simone navigated this reality displaying enthusiasm and sound common sense. At the start of the project Simone thought it would take 9 days to complete and the work was completed on schedule and within budget. High end quality was maintained throughout the project. Communications between ourselves and Simone were excellent. Simone has many commendable qualities and I have no hesitation in recommending Simone Painter and Decorator to others.
