"I had an issue with my existing Enphase solar system, which had been installed by a company that has gone bust. Enphase suggested buying an expensive new gateway which was out of my budget. Ulex Energy came round to have a look and found that the original installer had not separated the solar installation from the main consumer unit, which was why my gateway wasn't reporting my solar generation.
