"I discovered a serious issue in the ground floor of our house which required specialist attention to remedy. I used WHITE ROCK PROPERTY CARE based on their reputation and online reviews, and their Property Care Association accreditation. I was not disappointed: following a professional survey, the major works required were completed on schedule and as per the original estimates. The technicians turned up exactly when stated and the work was completed within agreed timetables. All work was overseen by a foreman who attended on a regular basis. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy with all debris carefully removed. The restorative work (carpentry, plasterwork etc) was carried out to an outstanding standard and I am very pleased with the end results. This work was not cheap, but I stated from the off that I wanted a quailty job, and that's exactly what I got. I recommend this Company with confidence."

"I have used White Rock Property Care for two projects since 2020 and am satisfied with the work. A professional service from start to finish. A comprehensive quote so you know exactly what you a paying for up front and can change or omit things if needed. A date fixed in the diary with plenty of notice if the date needs to change (as it did due to Covid issues) From day 1 until the project had finished we had at least one member of the team on site every day from early until 4.30pm (9 weeks on 4 Rooms). The employees are professional and friendly - we highly recommend Adam, who came up with brilliant solutions to our troublesome shower room, ending up with a finish that was far better than we'd even hoped for - Ed is always available to discuss any issues or changes to the plan - he makes sure you're contacted before any decisions are made and deals with any snags. Good customer service. Will definitely use again for the next project."

The work has involved renovating walls, getting rid of damp, damp proofing, roofing and external rendering. At every stage White Rock has been courteous and professional. Each project was planned and the quotation I received was detailed and transparent. They draw on a workforce with a wide range of skills so are able to provide the right people at the right time.
